What is the Hadley Brand Promise?
Our customers can feel confident in the solutions we provide. They will get support from us to meet their needs and we offer improvements that help them achieve their goals.

 

What the Hadley Brand Promise means to me:
It means that we will work hard to satisfy our customers’ needs and that the products we offer will help them build a better vehicle, improve their brand in the eyes of their own customer and ultimately make them more successful.

 

How the new Hadley Brand Promise will impact the company:
It’s more focused on our customer, rather than Hadley itself. In turn, I believe it will make the entire company more focused on the customer and their needs.

 

My WOW story:
In operations, our WOW moments are when we get the opportunity to show the customer the cool things we do to improve the operations on their behalf. We’ve worked hard over the year to certify all our production lines and implement layered process audits to ensure that we produce a quality product and I am always proudest when we get to show that off to the customer. Over the past year, we’ve had visits from Scania, Volvo and Paccar and it was wonderful to show them first-hand what we are doing to make our operations better and how those improvements will benefit them with improved costs, better quality products and on-time delivery.
